N.Y. High Court To Hear Tyco Execs’ Appeals

Law360, New York (February 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two former Tyco International Inc. executives found guilty of looting more than $150 million from the industrial conglomerate will go another round in court, as New York’s highest court agreed Thursday to hear their appeals.

New York Court of Appeals Judge Carmen Beauchamp Ciparick granted Tyco’s former chief executive, Dennis Kozlowski, and former chief financial officer, Mark Swartz, leave to appeal their 2005 convictions, the Associated Press reported Friday.
