Court Urged Not To Halt Pepperidge Farm False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (November 8, 2013, 5:34 PM EST) -- A plaintiff in a putative class action accusing Pepperidge Farm Inc. of falsely marketing its Goldfish crackers as “natural” asked a Colorado federal judge Thursday not to stay the suit while the U.S. Food and Drug Administration mulls defining the term, arguing that it is unlikely to do so in the near future.
