L'Oreal Class Deal Nixed In Suit Over 'Salon-Only' Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (November 7, 2013, 9:41 PM EST) -- A District of Columbia federal judge on Wednesday refused to certify a class seeking an injunction against L’Oreal USA Inc. for labeling some of its products “salon-only,” finding the settlement the class sought was unfair to most class members.
