Contractor Asks Pa. High Court To Save Injury-Suit Immunity

Law360, Harrisburg (November 19, 2013, 2:44 PM EST) -- A construction company asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday to overturn $1.5 million in damages granted to an injured carpenter, arguing the appeals court's backing of the decision nullified long-standing precedent protecting general contractors from liability for injuries to subcontractors’ employees.
