Groups Combat Proposed Delay In Flood Insurance Rate Hikes

Law360, New York (November 8, 2013, 5:07 PM EST) -- A coalition of 16 conservative, libertarian and taxpayer groups on Thursday urged every member of Congress to stand by the rate hikes required under a 2012 law that aimed to reform the government's flood insurance program, claiming that current premium subsidies disproportionately benefit the wealthy.
