Home Care Co. Can't Escape Whistleblower's $9M FCA Case

Law360, New York (November 8, 2013, 4:29 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge refused Friday to toss a whistleblower suit against A Plus Home Health Care, saying the claims that the home care company led a kickback scheme to defraud the government of $9 million had met heightened pleading standards under the False Claims Act.
