10th Circ. Allows Enviro Intervention In Park Travel Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (November 8, 2013, 5:01 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit on Friday ruled to enable the Sierra Club, WildEarth Guardians and the Center for Biological Diversity to intervene in a case over the restriction of motor vehicles in the Santa Fe National Forest, finding there is no guarantee the U.S. Forest Service will fully represent the groups' interests in the case.
