CIT Upholds Anti-Dumping Duty On Taiwan Ribbon Importer

Law360, Washington (November 8, 2013, 6:59 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Friday upheld the U.S. Department of Commerce’s imposition of a nearly 140 percent anti-dumping duty on Taiwanese woven ribbons imported by Hubscher Ribbon Corp. Ltd., saying the margin was fair given Hubscher’s lack of cooperation with the department.
