FERC Greenlights NET Midstream's 124-Mile Texas Pipeline

Law360, New York (November 12, 2013, 6:52 PM EST) -- Natural gas pipeline company NET Midstream said Tuesday that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has given it the go-ahead for a planned 124-mile natural gas pipeline in southern Texas. 

The company's affiliate, NET Mexico Pipeline Partners LLC, was granted a presidential permit Nov. 8, which allows it to construct another pipeline in the Eagle Ford Shale formation in southern Texas as NET Midstream continues to expand its presence in the region.
