SEC Says Court Can't Block Probe In Arjent Fight

Law360, New York (November 13, 2013, 1:48 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in New York federal court Tuesday fired back at boutique investment banking firm Arjent LLC’s accusations that the agency harassed the company's investors, saying the court lacked jurisdiction to hear the firm's injunction bid and the firm's accusations were not supported by fact.
