Planned Parenthood Urges SCOTUS To Halt Abortion Law

Law360, New York (November 13, 2013, 7:39 PM EST) -- Planned Parenthood on Wednesday again urged the U.S. Supreme Court to vacate a ruling allowing Texas to enforce a requirement that abortion providers have hospital admitting privileges, saying severe harm caused to the applicants and their patients warrants a vacatur.
