6th Circ. Affirms Unions' Contract Win Against Coca-Cola

Law360, Los Angeles (November 13, 2013, 8:06 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday affirmed a Michigan federal court’s summary judgment in favor of unions who sued Coca-Cola Refreshments USA Inc. for breach of their collective bargaining agreement, rejecting the company's argument that the lower court should have dismissed the suit because it was time-barred.
