MPEG-2 Patent Owners Turn Their Sights On Alba

Law360 (March 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Several leading technology companies have sued British electronics maker Alba Plc in a German court for allegedly infringing patents related to the MPEG-2 digital video compression format, patent licensing company MPEG LA LLC announced Tuesday.
