GOP-Backed Bill Targets Union Elections, Fees

Law360, New York (November 15, 2013, 2:20 PM EST) -- A bill introduced Thursday by Republicans in both houses of Congress aims to make significant reforms to federal labor law, including guaranteeing secret ballot elections and requiring union members to sign off on the use of dues for purposes other than collective bargaining.
