Donziger Stays Defiant In $9B Chevron RICO Trial Testimony

Law360, New York (November 15, 2013, 2:36 PM EST) -- Attorney Steven Donziger on Friday admitted to mishandling aspects of the Ecuadorean pollution litigation that spawned a $9 billion judgment against Chevron Corp., but maintained that the award is valid and blasted the company’s New York racketeering suit against him as illegitimate.
