Law360, New York (November 15, 2013, 7:16 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday sided with Morris County and its sheriff's office, reversing the Public Employment Relations Commission's final determination affirming an interest arbitration award permitting automatic step increments, saying the arbitrator failed to support his analysis.
