EU Expands Tax Credits, Incentives For Film Productions

Law360, New York (November 15, 2013, 5:35 PM EST) -- International film projects in the European Union can now receive additional tax credits, thanks to new criteria adopted Thursday by the European Commission.

The new rules extend the reach of the 2001 Cinema Communication, which applied only to film productions, to include all phases of the audio-visual process from concept to delivery.
