Cisco Ducks Patent Suit Over Network Switches

Law360, Los Angeles (November 15, 2013, 6:19 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday ruled that Cisco Systems Inc.’s Nexus 5000 switches and Unified Computing System do not infringe a patent held by T.M. Patents LP, holding that the accused devices don’t correspond to all of the patent’s claim limitations.
