Highmark Can't Dodge OT Class Action

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 6:24 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday shot down health insurer Highmark Inc.’s bid to derail a proposed class action accusing it of stiffing staffers on overtime pay, finding reason to believe the Fair Labor Standards Act applies and that numerous employees may have been shortchanged.
