Darwin Needn't Cover Title Insurance Co., 8th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 5:27 PM EST) -- The Eighth Circuit on Monday upheld a lower court's finding that Darwin Select Insurance Co. does not owe coverage to the owners of a Minnesota title insurance company in litigation over their alleged practice of delaying the recording of mortgages in order to use escrow money to pay fees.
