Plastics Co. Wants Porter Rogers Malpractice Suit Revived

Law360, Houston (November 19, 2013, 6:50 PM EST) -- A plastics manufacturer asked the Texas Supreme Court on Monday to revive a malpractice suit against Porter Rogers Dahlman & Gordon PC, saying the company was forced to settle a commercial lease dispute to avoid millions in liability caused by the firm’s legal advice.
