FDA Unlikely To Curb Off-Label Marketing: Sources

Law360, New York (March 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- As pharmaceutical companies welcomed the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's proposed guidance detailing how journal articles on off-label drug uses can be distributed to doctors, consumer advocates have rebuked the agency for setting rules they say will be impossible to enforce and only help to encourage off-label promotion.
