Charter Schools Can Face Whistleblower Claims: Texas Court

Law360, Dallas (November 19, 2013, 6:23 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Monday overturned one of its previous decisions to hold that a charter school could face a wrongful termination claim under the Texas Whistleblower Protection Act because it’s part of the public school system of the state.
