Univ. Of Calif. Hospital Workers Strike Over Harassment

Law360, New York (November 20, 2013, 4:56 PM EST) -- University of California patient care and service workers held a strike Wednesday at nine campuses and five medical centers across the state to protest the school's alleged harassment and intimidation of employees, after a court again refused to halt the demonstrations.

The hospital workers represented by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 3299 picketed at campuses including UCLA and UC San Diego.
