Judge Upholds Patents Aimed At Futures Traders

Law360 (January 5, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Trading Technologies has prevailed over trading firm Rosenthal Collins Group LLC, after a judge upheld the validity of two patents the software vendor has used to successfully wring a slew of settlement agreements from major players in the futures industry.
