Donning, Doffing Issue Ripe For Court Clarification

Law360, New York (March 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- At least three writ of certiorari petitions involving the donning and doffing of safety gear have been filed with the U.S. Supreme Court. If granted, these petitions may lead to the court's finally providing some clarity to the highly contentious issue, according to attorneys involved in the cases.
