NJ Wells Fargo Toughens Policies Under Sex-Harassment Deal

Law360, New York (November 20, 2013, 5:04 PM EST) -- Wells Fargo Bank in New Jersey has agreed to toughen its anti-discrimination policies under a settlement resolving claims that the bank failed to take sufficient action after an employee was accused of pressuring a female loan applicant for sex, the state attorney general announced Wednesday.
