Pa. High Court Reverses $2.3M Judgment Against Tax Firm

Law360, New York (November 20, 2013, 5:16 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday reversed a $2.3 million class action judgment against a law firm for collecting unapproved fees from delinquent taxpayers, ruling that a loan protection law does not allow for claims that do not involve the loan or use of money.
