Fla. Tribe Seeks $84M Over Ex-Chair's Alleged Conspiracy

Law360, Miami (November 20, 2013, 9:57 PM EST) -- The Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida is seeking nearly $84 million in damages in a suit filed Saturday in Florida court that claims former Chairman Billy Cypress conspired with tribe officials and attorneys to cover up his misappropriation of millions in tribal funds.
