Philips, Zoll Can't Escape Defibrillator Patent Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (November 20, 2013, 10:55 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge has rejected competing bids for summary judgment in a defibrillator patent dispute between Philips Electronics North American Corp. and Zoll Medical Corp., finding in an order published Tuesday that remaining issues of fact should be left to a jury to decide.
