TV Star Kate Gosselin Drops Hacking Claims Against Ex-Hubby

Law360, New York (November 21, 2013, 1:19 PM EST) -- Reality television star Kate Gosselin on Tuesday dropped accusations that her ex-husband hacked into her phone and computer and then used the information as fodder for tabloid articles and a book.

While she dropped her claims against Jon Gosselin, who agreed not to file any counterclaims in the suit, she did not drop her claims against her ex-husband's business partner, Robert Hoffman, according to a joint motion for dismissal filed in Pennsylvania federal court.

The suit alleges Jon Gosselin and Hoffman systematically stole Kate Gosselin's information to sell to tabloids and create Hoffman's book, "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World."...
