NY Court Cuts Down $100M Fraud Suit Over Tech Co. Buy

Law360, New York (November 22, 2013, 4:01 PM EST) -- A New York state appeals court on Wednesday dismissed three counts in a $100 million fraud suit over the purchase of computer hardware company eSys Technologies Pte Ltd., saying allegations that Bunge Ltd. fraudulently transferred millions of dollars were not sufficiently pled.
