Two Plead Guilty To Role In Massive $65M Income Tax Fraud

Law360, New York (November 22, 2013, 10:33 PM EST) -- In what authorities have described as one of the largest income tax schemes ever identified, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman said Thursday that two men charged in New Jersey federal court have copped to their participation in the $65 million fraud.

Michael Senatore, 43, of Moscow, Pa., and David Pinski, 75, of Fort Lee, N.J., have pled guilty to charges alleging they stole personal information to create phony U.S. income tax returns. Prosecutors said Pinski, Senatore and their co-conspirators used birth dates and Social Security numbers...
