Senor Frogs Franchisee Settles EEOC Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (November 21, 2013, 7:31 PM EST) -- A company that did business as Mexican-themed restaurant and bar Senor Frog's in Hawaii agreed to pay $350,000 to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sexual harassment suit claiming female workers were subjected to inappropriate comments and unwanted touching, the EEOC said Thursday.
