Major Changes For Parties Addressing Anti-Dumping Reviews

Law360, New York (November 22, 2013, 1:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has announced that, beginning Dec. 4, 2013, it will apply a new methodology for selecting respondents in anti-dumping administrative reviews. This approach could result in the selection of more smaller-volume exporters for review and significantly affect the anti-dumping duty rates that apply to companies that are not selected for review.
