Texas High Court Won't Rehear Challenge To Water Permits

Law360, Dallas (November 22, 2013, 5:30 PM EST) -- The Supreme Court of Texas on Friday denied motions for rehearing from the city of Waco and a citizens group who argued the contested case hearings on water permits issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality were wrongly decided on merits, rather than standing.
