Texas Justices Will Review Cotton Supplier Arbitration Row

Law360, Dallas (November 22, 2013, 3:52 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear a dispute stemming from a cotton supply agreement that asks whether an arbitration provision was unconscionable because it stipulated attorneys' fees for one side that lost but not the other.
