Maersk Among Targets Of EU Shipper Price-Fixing Probe

Law360, New York (November 22, 2013, 2:20 PM EST) -- Danish shipping giant A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S said Friday that it is among the companies targeted in a formal antitrust proceeding launched by the European Commission, which will investigate whether the shippers are signaling future pricing decisions to one another in an effort to stem competition.
