Weil Elects New Tax Partner In NY, 2 Counsel In Europe

By Jonathan Randles (November 22, 2013, 4:34 PM EST) -- Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP announced Thursday that it has elected a new tax partner in New York and two tax counsel in Paris and London who have each provided advice to some of the firm's most high-profile clients on large transactions in the last few years.

Mark Schwed in New York, Edouard de Lamy in Paris and Oliver Walker in London have all been promoted in Weil's tax department. The trio are among nine new partners and nine new counsel elected by Weil, effective at the start of 2014.
