Jury Finds 3 Men Guilty Of Fraud In CityTime Scandal

Law360, Los Angeles (November 22, 2013, 9:44 PM EST) -- A New York federal jury found three men guilty of wire fraud, bribery, conspiracy to commit money laundering and other charges on Friday, for allegedly taking kickbacks in the scandal-plagued CityTime project to modernize New York City’s payroll system.

The jury found Mark Mazer, Gerard Denault and Dimitry Aronshtein guilty on almost all the counts they faced, with Denault escaping a conspiracy to commit bribery charge.

U.S. District Judge George B. Daniels ordered the defendants to submit to house arrest ahead of their March 12 sentencing....
