$21.5M Settlement Approved In FedEx Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (November 22, 2013, 9:27 PM EST) -- A Tennessee federal judge on Friday granted final approval to a $21.5 million settlement to be paid by Federal Express Corp. in a class action accusing it of charging customers more than $5 million in bogus residential delivery surcharges for packages sent to businesses and government buildings.
