Game Developer Giant Gets $3B PE-Backed Bid From Chairman

Law360, New York (November 25, 2013, 12:04 PM EST) -- Game developer Giant Interactive Group Inc. said Monday it is mulling a $2.82 billion buyout bid from its chairman and a private equity partner, touching off what could be one of the largest management-backed buyouts of a Chinese company in months.
