Texas AG Asks 5th Circ. To Uphold Abortion Restrictions

Law360, Houston (November 25, 2013, 10:36 PM EST) -- The state of Texas urged the Fifth Circuit on Friday to throw out a ruling that a law requiring abortion providers to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital is unconstitutional, saying there is no evidence the measure will create an unreasonable obstacle to the procedure.
