Sherwin-Williams Not Liable In $6M Fire Suit, Panel Says

Law360, Philadelphia (November 26, 2013, 1:47 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Monday affirmed a jury verdict rejecting allegations that defective products from Sherwin-Williams Co. spontaneously combusted and caused damages worth $6 million at a Lackawanna County shopping center in 2004.
