German Antitrust Probe Into Amazon Pricing Policy Ends

Law360, New York (November 26, 2013, 1:28 PM EST) -- Germany's competition watchdog on Tuesday dropped its investigation into Amazon.com Inc. forbidding sellers who use its Marketplace platform from offering their goods for less elsewhere online, after the world's largest online retailer abandoned the policy in the face of antitrust probes in Germany and the U.K.
