Ex-Faruqi Atty Agrees To Mental Exam In Sex Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (November 26, 2013, 6:22 PM EST) -- Former Faruqi & Faruqi LLP associate Alexandra Marchuk has agreed for a second time to undergo a mental health assessment in her $22 million sexual harassment suit against the firm, after Faruqi asked a New York federal judge to order the evaluation.

In a stipulation filed Tuesday, Marchuk agreed to submit to an examination Dec. 16 by the firm’s retained psychiatrist, Harvey M. Manner. The evaluation will assess Marchuk’s claims that she suffers from post traumatic stress disorder from the alleged sexual assault by Faruqi partner...
