ACLU Hits CIA With Suit Over Detainee Reports

Law360, New York (November 26, 2013, 5:17 PM EST) -- The American Civil Liberties Union on Tuesday filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the Central Intelligence Agency seeking the release of a U.S. Senate committee report on the agency's post-9/11 program of detention and interrogation of detainees, as well as the CIA's response to that review.
