Altice To Pay $1.4B For Orange Dominicana

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 3:10 PM EST) -- Luxembourg cable and telecommunications company Altice VII Sarl said Wednesday it will pay Orange SA about $1.4 billion for mobile operator Orange Dominicana SA, in a deal that nets Altice a firm boasting 3.4 million total subscribers as of September 2013.
