Pa. High Court Won't Hear Case Over Gas Lessee Obligations

Law360, Philadelphia (November 27, 2013, 5:38 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear a case in which a couple sought to terminate their agreement with a natural gas driller because it failed to meet its responsibility to drill for gas in the Marcellus Shale formation underlying their property.
