OneBeacon Unit Must Turn Over Docs, Wash. Court Rules

Law360, Chicago (November 27, 2013, 4:51 PM EST) -- A OneBeacon Insurance Group unit can't challenge a court order demanding that it turn over documents in a coverage dispute with a landlord whose tenant's laundromat allegedly contaminated a neighboring property, a Washington state appeals court ruled Tuesday.

Mary Neel, one of several commissioners appointed by the appeals court to resolve certain motions, denied Employers' Fire Insurance Co.'s bid for a review of the lower court's order and to halt the discovery requested by plaintiffs Roger and Susan Belanich.
